Friends
We believe chevra (friendship) makes Na’aleh unique. The relationships, group spirit and sense of community that we
create here in this magical place define our camp. During the summer campers engage in age appropriate activities that let them bond with their peers and programs for all ages so younger and older campers can keep a family feeling. Even after camp,
we maintain that spirit throughout the school year at holiday gatherings, pizza-and-movie parties, and our annual Fall and Spring seminars. Our age groups are the following:
- Amelim (laborers) – just completed grades 3 or 4
- Chotrim (rowers) – just completed grade 5
- Sayarim (patrollers) – just completed grade 6
- Tzofim (scouts) – just completed grade 7
- Bonim (builders) – just completed grade 8
- Bogrim (graduates) – just completed grade 9
- MBI (Israel trip) – just completed grade 10
- Madatz (Junior Counselor program) – just completed grade 11
